Unreal Engine 4.3 is released

    We’ve got ton of fixes and improvements, but personally I feel very good about graphical tweaks:

    1. Imposters! Geometry can now be automatically rendered to sprites (but 3d looking ones). 3d is a keyword here, just imagine the possibilities – for example, correctly displayed distant trees (with a low impact on performance).

    2. SpeedTree 7 support. Simply speaking, import trees with wind effects, dynamic LOD and lightmap UVs.

    3. Per object shadow depth texture. Can be used to bake depth maps and shadows for our 3d models.

    4. 2d game tools (or Paper2D). Now enabled by default.
